3. Safe Product Use and Safety Warnings
By purchasing and utilizing our herbal bath soaks, you explicitly agree to use them strictly as directed and assume all responsibility for safe handling at home:
External Use Only: Our herbal bath soaks are formulated exclusively for external use. Do not ingest. Keep the product out of the mouth and eyes. In case of accidental eye contact, flush thoroughly with clean water immediately.
Mandatory Patch Test: To prevent adverse reactions, a 24-hour mandatory skin patch test is required before full use. Apply a small, diluted amount of the product to a discreet patch of skin. Wait 24 hours. If any redness, itching, or irritation occurs, do not proceed with a full bath.
Discontinue Use: You must immediately discontinue use of the product if you or your child experience any negative side effects, skin irritation, or allergic reactions.
Bath Safety: Exercise caution when entering or exiting the bath, as natural botanical oils and ingredients may make tub surfaces slippery. Never leave children unattended in the bath.
4. Ordering, Payment, and Shipping
Billing Details: All orders are processed securely through our website. Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear under our legal name, MuDan Botanical Holdings LLC.
Manufacturing Variations: Because our herbal bath soaks are artisan-manufactured products utilizing natural botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur between batches.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the sanitary and cosmetic nature of our herbal bath soaks, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, MuDan Botanical Holdings LLC, its members, officers, and employees, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or allergic reactions resulting from the misuse, improper storage, or failure to perform the mandatory patch test for any Little Roots and Shoots products.
